The office is located at A-45 in Mahipalpur Extension, which is right in the thick of things in New Delhi. Being near the airport area means there is always noise and movement. You can hear planes taking off while we are sitting inside trying to sort out the paperwork for the day. It is a busy neighborhood and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. We have been here at this address for a good amount of time and the locals know us. Inside, it is mostly desks piled with files and the sound of printers going off. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We just drink tea from the stall nearby and get on with the job. Logistics is mostly about waiting and then rushing. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure the boxes are where they should be. Sometimes the weather in Delhi makes it tough, especially in the peak of summer when the heat is just sitting there in the office. We keep the fans running and try to stay organized. It is not always perfect and things get messy when there are a lot of shipments coming in at once. We just handle it as it comes.
