Safexpress Pvt Ltd has an office at 11B, Plot No. 14 in the Navkala Apartments. This is in I.P. Extension, Patpadganj, over in Delhi-92. It is a bit of an interesting spot because Navkala Apartments is a residential place, but we have our setup here. Patpadganj is known for having a lot of different businesses tucked away in various corners. Our space is functional and simple. We deal with a lot of logistics and parcel tracking from this desk. Being in East Delhi, the roads can get really congested, especially during the morning rush. We have a lot of stuff coming through, and we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. The office is just a room with some computers and a lot of logbooks. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We are just a few people working hard to make sure the packages get to where they are going. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there are delays in the shipments. We sit here, handle the calls, and talk to the drivers. It is a very routine kind of life. We have gotten to know the neighborhood around I.P. Extension quite well over the years. There are plenty of local spots to grab a quick lunch. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily grind. It is nothing fancy, just our small part in a much bigger network.
