Our place is located at 4/27 Shanti Niketan. It’s tucked away a bit, so if you aren’t looking for it, you might miss the turn. The building has stayed the same for a lot of years, though we’ve repainted the walls inside a few times when they started looking a bit dull. Most of us have worked here for a long time, so we know each other's coffee orders by heart. The waiting chairs are those plastic ones that are sturdy but not exactly plush. We see a lot of people from the local apartments coming in. Sometimes it’s just for a quick check or because someone’s kid scraped a knee. The doctors have their offices in the back where it’s a little quieter. The street outside is usually lined with parked scooters. It can get a bit loud during the day when people are moving about, but inside we try to keep things orderly. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. It’s just us here, making sure the beds are made and the records are kept in the right folders. When the weather gets hot, the air conditioning works hard, and you can hear the hum of the units through the windows. It’s a practical setup. We handle whatever comes our way, from small fevers to things that take a bit more time to fix.
