Our office is situated on the 8th floor of the Le Meridian Commercial Complex on Raisina Road. It’s quite a central spot in the city. Getting to work involves navigating the heavy traffic around the complex, but once you are up in the office, things settle down. The view from the windows is pretty good, you can see quite a bit of the skyline. We have a regular office setup with cubicles and a small conference room that we use for our weekly catch-ups. It’s mostly computers and screens everywhere since we deal with a lot of data and technical stuff. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas near the water cooler. We aren't the type of people who spend all day in meetings. Most of the time, everyone is just focused on their own screen with headphones on. There’s a small area where we keep the server racks, and you can hear them humming if the room is quiet. We get a lot of couriers coming through with documents. The building security is strict, so we often have to go down to the lobby to help visitors get their passes. It’s a professional environment but not overly stiff. We usually dress in business casual and keep the atmosphere relaxed. Lunch is often a quick sandwich or something from the food court downstairs.
