Rs Components & Controls (I) Limited is based out of 44, Okhla Indl. Estate. This area is always packed with people and vehicles, so it can be quite a challenge just getting to the door some mornings. Our building is a typical industrial estate structure. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of shelves and desks where we try to manage the components we handle. It is just a lot of stuff to move around all day. We have been here for years, so we’ve seen the estate change quite a bit. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We don't go in for fancy decor or modern office trends. We have our old desks and a way of doing things that works for us. Most of the day is spent checking orders or making sure things are where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of manual tracking and checking. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We are just a regular business trying to stay on top of the inventory. Okhla is a tough place to work sometimes because of the noise and the dust, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the work, and go home. We have a routine that keeps us grounded.
