You can find Rowan Bioceuticals Private Limited up on the third floor of Vardhman Bigv Plaza. We are at plot number 12 in the community center area right on Rani Bagh Road in Pitampura. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the busy street below, especially Road Number 44 which always seems to have a lot of traffic. The plaza is a typical commercial building with plenty of other offices around us. Our space inside unit 324 is basically just where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s got a few partitioned sections and some filing cabinets that are probably getting too full. We don’t really do anything fancy with the decor, just some desks and chairs and the usual office equipment. Most of the staff has been here long enough that we know all the security guards and the folks who run the tea shop downstairs. Mornings involve a lot of mail arriving and getting the computers started up. It can get a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so many of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a straightforward place to work and the location is convenient for most of the team to get to every morning using the local transport or their own bikes.
