Rouble Brook Bakers Private Limited

Rouble Brook Bakers is located in Sultan Pur village, right near the Aggarwal Sweet shop. We are on the lower ground floor which keeps things a bit cooler during the hot summer months. The smell of flour and yeast is pretty much everywhere here from the moment we open up. It’s a busy little spot and we are always moving trays in and out of the ovens. Being near the sweets shop means there is always a lot of foot traffic around us. We have a small group of bakers who have been working together for a while now. We don't really have a big storefront with lights; it’s more of a production space where we get the baking done. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere and we spend half the evening just sweeping up. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The equipment is old but it works fine for what we need to do. We don't use any fancy terminology for our bread or cakes. We just make them and get them ready for whoever is picking them up. Sultan Pur is a crowded area, so we have to be careful with our deliveries. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a local bakery trying to keep things going the same way every day. Most of our day is spent checking the dough and watching the clock. We are just a few people who like the smell of fresh bread and don't mind getting our hands dirty to get the job done.
