Ross Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away on the 3rd floor of the building at C 13 in Anand Niketan. Being near the HDFC Bank makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they’re out doing their errands. It’s a nice enough area, mostly quiet compared to the main roads, but you still get the city sounds coming through the windows. Since we’re on the third floor, there’s a bit of a view of the rooftops nearby. We’ve been here for a while, and the space feels lived-in. It’s not one of those ultra-modern clinics with glass walls; it’s more like a regular office where we do medical work. We have chairs for waiting, some old magazines that have been there forever, and the desk where we keep all the records. Most of our day is spent talking to people and checking how they’re feeling. We don’t go for the corporate look because we want people to feel comfortable, like they’re just visiting a neighbor. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so we tell people to give themselves a couple of extra minutes. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up in the morning, get the tea ready, and wait for the first person to show up. It’s a simple life running a clinic here, and we’re quite content with how things go.
