Even though the name says Mumbai, this branch of Roop Telsonic Ultrasonix Ltd is actually located in Kanpur. You can find us at 104A/124 Rambagh. It’s a busy part of Uttar Pradesh. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling the ultrasonic equipment side of things for the local industries. Kanpur has that old industrial feel, and our shop fits right in. It’s not a shiny new building. It’s a place where we actually get our hands dirty. The street can be a bit tight, but we manage. Most of the day is spent looking at machinery and making sure everything is calibrated right. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that writing for us. It’s just us. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of equipment taking up space. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. Working in Rambagh means we’re close to a lot of our customers, which is handy. We focus on getting the jobs finished without too much fuss. Ultrasonic technology is a niche field, but there’s plenty of demand for it around here. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. It’s just how we operate.
