Okaya Power Ltd.

We are based at D - 7 in Udyog Nagar, right off Rohtak Road in New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi industrial spot, lots of activity all the time. Okaya Power Ltd. has been operating out of this area for a long time. The address, 110 041, is a busy zip code with lots of trucks coming and going. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and storage. We deal with power stuff, mainly batteries and things that keep the lights on when the grid fails. It’s not always a smooth operation; sometimes deliveries are late or the heat in Delhi gets unbearable. We just deal with it. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces. We don't go in for big, fancy presentations. We mostly focus on making sure the stock is right and the orders are packed properly. Rohtak Road is always loud with traffic, so we’ve gotten used to the constant background noise. We have our routines, like the morning meeting to see what needs to be shipped out. It’s a practical environment. No one wears a tie unless they absolutely have to for a meeting elsewhere. Here, it’s about the work on the floor. We just want to make sure the products work like they are supposed to. It’s a big building, but it feels like a small community once you’re inside. It's just home for us.
