R.K. & Company

You can find us over in Shivaji Park, right in the Punjabi Bagh area. It’s a nice part of town, maybe a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, but we stay plenty busy. R.K. & Company has been operating out of this space for quite some time. It’s an old building, the kind where you know where every creak in the floor comes from. We don’t have fancy glass partitions or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly desks, stacks of paper, and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We start our day with some tea and then dive into the paperwork. There are usually a couple of us here, and we know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s that kind of place. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, but usually, things run smooth enough. We deal with all sorts of people throughout the week. Some come in person, others we just talk to over the phone. We don't really have a big slogan or a fancy website. We just focus on getting the tasks done before it's time to head home. The afternoon sun hits the windows quite hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. It’s a regular office doing regular things, and we like the stability of being here in Punjabi Bagh. It feels like home after all these years of working the same desk.
