We’ve got our office on the second floor of G-11A in Mukhram Garden. It’s a part of West Delhi that stays pretty busy during the day. We focus on overseas trade. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in ties or fancy business wear. We’re usually in casual clothes, just trying to keep up with the emails and the shipping logs. The office space is a bit cramped because we have so many samples and documents lying around on every surface. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don’t have a big marketing department or a spokesperson. We just handle the business ourselves. It can be a bit stressful when a container is delayed or the paperwork gets rejected at the last minute, but we’ve learned to take it in stride. We aren't looking to be the next big thing. We just want to provide a reliable service for the people who need help moving goods across borders. It’s honest work and it keeps us fed. Sometimes the tea guy is late or the printer jams, but that’s just how it goes in a real office. We don’t try to act like we’re perfect. We just do our best every day and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss or extra noise. It's a simple life for us here in the garden area.
