Our office is over in Rangpuri, on the third floor of a building at Khasra Number 371. It’s in South West Delhi, not too far from the airport area. We chose this spot because it's practical for what we do. We aren't a big firm with a fancy receptionist or marble floors. When you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us working on a computer or talking on the phone with a transporter. We handle import and export stuff, mostly just managing the flow of goods across the border. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the regulations, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. The building itself is pretty simple. There’s no elevator, so we get our exercise climbing up to the third floor every day. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the city center, but we like the quiet. We aren't into big promises or corporate slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to file a paper on time, but we always fix it. It's a small business run by people who live nearby. We don't have a big budget for advertising, so we just rely on doing a decent job for the people who hire us. It keeps the lights on and we enjoy what we do most of the time. We are just regular people working.
