Our factory is located at Khasra No 876/4 in the Rithala Industrial Area. It’s a real industrial spot, not somewhere you’d go for a walk. We make products here. I won’t say we’re the most modern facility, but we have the machines we need and people who know how to run them. The air usually smells like oil or metal. We have a lot of stuff stacked up in the corners. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s a working one. We don’t have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see what they want. We handle a lot of bulk orders and shipping. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over. We don't use corporate speak here. If something is broken, we say it’s broken. If we’re running behind, we let people know. We try to be fair and just do what we said we’d do. The team has been around for a bit. We know the machines and their quirks. Rithala is a busy place, and we’re just one part of it. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a local business making things and trying to keep everything running smoothly day to day. It’s hard work but it’s what we know and how we spend our time.
