Our office is right in Rajouri Garden, at S-21, which is pretty close to the Janta Market. If you know New Delhi at all, you know how busy this area can get. Ritco Logistics Pvt Ltd is in the transport business, so we’re basically moving goods around and making sure things show up where they’re supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination between the office here and the trucks out on the road. The space we have is practical—nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of logbooks. Being near the market means there’s always something going on outside, which keeps things interesting. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. The team here is small but we know what we’re doing. We don't really go for all those polished corporate speeches; we just talk like regular people. If a shipment is late, we find out why and try to fix it. It’s about being reliable without making a big fuss. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking the latest delivery schedules. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it’s important for keeping things moving. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized amidst all the paperwork. It’s just a local office doing its part in the transport world, day in and day out. We just focus on getting the cargo from point A to point B safely.
