Ritco Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is based out of E3D Jeevan Park in New Delhi-59. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but we stay busy. We have been doing this for a long time, moving goods around and making sure things show up where they are supposed to. The office is pretty simple, just a place where we sit down and figure out the routes and talk to the drivers. Logistics is mostly about solving problems before they happen, or trying to anyway. We have a small team here at Jeevan Park. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is just quiet paperwork. It is a local business at heart. We know the roads in Delhi pretty well by now. If you come by the office, you will probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking at maps or schedules. We do not use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just move stuff from point A to point B. It sounds simple but anyone in the business knows it is not. There are always flat tires or road closures to deal with. We just take it as it comes. Being in New Delhi-59 puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city quickly. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels like home to most of us who work here every single day.
