Ritco Logistics is sitting right here at 36-D in the P.D. Block of Pitam-Pura. If you know the area, you know we’re pretty close to the N.D. Market, which means it’s always crowded and there’s always something going on outside our doors. Delhi can be a bit much sometimes with the noise and the constant movement, but we’ve settled in here quite well over the years. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines, just the stuff we need to manage the trucks and the cargo lists. A lot of our day is spent on the phone, talking to drivers or checking where a shipment has reached. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s frustrating when things get delayed by weather or traffic jams on the highway. We’re just a bunch of regular people working hard to keep things moving along. Usually, there’s a tea stall nearby where we get our morning chai, and that’s about the highlight of the social side of things here. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes, making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. It’s mostly just paperwork, computer screens, and the sound of trucks idling nearby. We don't try to be anything we aren't, we just stay focused on the task at hand and try to get home on time. It's just a regular job in a busy city.
