Our office is at 17/6 Punjabi Bagh Extension. If you know Delhi, you know this area is a mix of nice houses and some quiet streets. We’ve been operating Rishab Export International from this location for quite some time. It’s a bit more peaceful here than the main commercial hubs, which helps when we have to focus on the details of international shipping. The office itself is part of a building that feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and all the paperwork we need to keep track of exports. It’s a lot of coordination with suppliers and making sure the containers are booked on time. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. Most of the people we work with just know us by name. On a typical day, there’s a lot of tea being drunk and a lot of lists being checked off. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the courier is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment; it’s more of a steady, family-run kind of feel. We take our work seriously, but we talk to each other like normal people. Being in Punjabi Bagh Extension means we have some decent places nearby for lunch, which is a bonus. We just keep our heads down and handle the export business one day at a time.
