We are tucked away in Room No 423 on the fourth floor of South Ex. Plaza-II. It is a bit of a walk up if the elevator is acting up, which happens more than I’d like to say. The address is 209, Masjid Moth, and we are right near the Lilaram Market. If you know the NDSE Part-II area, you know how packed the streets get around here. Finding a parking spot is basically impossible most afternoons. Riden Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. isn’t some massive corporate building; it’s just our office where we manage the healthcare side of things. The room is usually filled with files and some samples we are looking over. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking deliveries that are stuck in traffic somewhere in Delhi. The market nearby is always loud, and you can hear the vendors and the cars honking all day long. We have a small window that looks out toward the market, but there’s not much of a view. It’s just a place of work. We get our lunch from the stalls downstairs usually because it’s fast. It is a bit cramped when we get a lot of inventory in, but we make it work. Most days are just spent keeping up with the paperwork and making sure the supplies get to where they are supposed to go for the local clinics.
