Richa & Co.

Richa & Co. operates out of A-100 in Mangolpuri. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know it is always active and full of movement. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the others on the block. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our supplies and do our daily tasks. The furniture is a bit old, and the fans make a bit of noise, but everything works. We start our day early before the heat gets too bad in the summer months. There is no fancy reception area or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. You just walk in and find us working. We handle our own chores, like getting the drinking water and keeping the space tidy. It’s a very hands-on environment. The street outside A-100 can get quite crowded with trucks and carts, which sometimes makes it hard to move things in or out, but we’ve learned to work around it. We are just a group of regular people trying to make a living in Mangolpuri. We don't use big words or have complicated systems. We just stick to what we know and try to be consistent with our work. It’s a modest setup, but it’s been our home for a long time, and we are comfortable here.
