Our office is located up on the second floor of the Raj Singh Complex in Kapashera. If you know the area, it is 378/16. It is New Delhi-37, so we are right in the middle of a lot of transport activity. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking shipments on the screen. It is not a big glamorous space, just an office where Rhr Logistics operates from. We have got desks, chairs, and usually a few cups of tea sitting around while we work through the paperwork. Kapashera is always busy with trucks and people moving goods, so there is a lot of noise from the street. Being on the second floor helps a bit, but you can still hear the traffic. We handle the logistics side of things, making sure stuff gets from one point to the next without too many headaches. Some days are smoother than others. Sometimes a driver gets stuck in traffic or a manifest has a typo, and then we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. It is just how this business goes. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There is a lot of coordination involved, talking to different people all day. We have been at this address for a bit now, and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It is a practical place for a logistics company. We do not have fancy brochures or a front desk person. You just walk in and see us working. We get the containers booked and the trucks loaded without making a big deal of it.
