We are situated in Ashok Vihar Phase-1 at F-5 in New Delhi. It is a pretty well-known spot in the area. Our office is a basic setup where we handle all the logistics work that comes our way. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. We have been here for a while and have a small group of people who have been working together for a long time. We aren't a big company with many branches. We just focus on this one office and the clients we have. The work can be a bit repetitive, tracking trucks and making sure the paperwork for the cargo is correct, but it is what we know how to do. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, do our work, and go home. The office can get a bit cluttered with folders and files, especially when we are busy. We don't spend a lot on decorating or fancy furniture. We would rather just make sure the business runs properly. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and warehouse people. It is a practical job and we try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we deal with. We know the Delhi roads and the common problems that come up, so we just handle them as they happen.
