Our office is located right on the GT Road in Ghaziabad, specifically in West Model Town at number 56. It’s a busy area, as anyone who knows the GT Road can tell you. Relogistics India Pvt Ltd has been here for some time now. We aren't into fancy advertising or trying to sound more important than we are. We just handle the logistics side of things for folks who need it. The building we’re in is older, but it serves its purpose. We keep our desks piled with papers and the tea kettle is usually on. It’s a practical setup. Working in Ghaziabad means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the dust. We try to be direct with people. If something is going to be late because of a breakdown or a traffic jam, we just say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things in this line of work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are where they should be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We know the local area well and we’ve made a lot of friends over the years just by being around. It’s a simple life, and we don't feel the need to change how we operate. We just stay focused on the trucks.
