Relogistics (I) Pvt. Ltd.

We've been operating out of Qtr. No.-14, Type-3, near the 22Nd Bn ITBP in Sangam Vihar for a good while now. It’s a busy, cramped part of New Delhi, but we manage to get things done. Relogistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. isn't some massive corporate entity with a glass building and a bunch of people in suits. We work from here, mostly just handling the day-to-day work of moving things around. It gets quite crowded on the streets around here sometimes, but that’s just life in Sangam Vihar. People often ask us why we’re based right near the ITBP quarters, and the honest answer is just that it’s where we found a spot to set up. We deal with logistics every single day, which mostly means we’re stuck with a lot of paperwork and phone calls to truck drivers. It’s not very fancy work, to be honest. Some days the phones just won't stop ringing and we feel like we’re falling behind, while other days we’re just sitting here catching up on old files. We have seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just try to do the work without making a big fuss or acting like we’re something we aren't. There are just a few of us here making sure the shipments move along. We don't have a flashy website or a team of marketing people. It’s just us answering the phone and checking the logs. Sometimes things get delayed, which is frustrating, but that’s how it goes in a city like Delhi.
