Reliance Impexo

Our spot is right on 42 Ring Road in Lajpat Nagar-3. It's a busy area, which fits what we do perfectly. Reliance Impexo isn't a massive operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us working on getting goods across borders without too much trouble. We deal with a lot of different items and vendors. Some days we are buried under customs forms and shipping manifests. It gets pretty frantic when a shipment is delayed at the port. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The noise from the road is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big signs. Most of our work happens through emails and long calls. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a typo on a form, but we fix it and move on. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to stay on top of the details or things go wrong quickly. People in the neighborhood know us as the guys who are always checking their watches. We just try to keep things moving steadily. It isn't always glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We like the energy of Lajpat Nagar. There's always something happening right outside the door. We just do our part in the middle of it all and try to stay organized.
