Our office is located at F-1801 in Netaji Nagar, right here in New Delhi. We’ve been operating as Reliable Travels & Cargo (P) Ltd. for some time now. It’s a busy spot because Delhi is always moving and there is a lot of noise outside. We handle a mix of travel bookings and sending cargo out to different places. It’s not a large, corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular room where we keep our files and answer the phones. Most days, we are busy helping people figure out how to get their packages from one side of the city to another, or even further. Netaji Nagar is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes like it is everywhere in Delhi. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs a ticket or has a box that needs to go somewhere, we just take down the details and get it sorted. There isn’t much more to it than that. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them we were here. It is just a few of us working together. We drink a lot of tea while we manage the schedules. It's a steady rhythm of work that keeps the day moving along quite fast for all of us.
