Relco Supply Chain Solution Pvt.Ltd. is over at 72, Anand Lok. It’s a bit different from being in a huge office park because Anand Lok has more of a neighborhood feel to it. We like being tucked away here. We deal with supply chain stuff, which is basically just making sure parts and products get to where they need to go. It sounds simple but it involves a lot of tracking and organizing. Our office at number 72 is where all the planning happens. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of layers of management. We’re just a small team working together. If something needs to be done, we just do it. We don't have long meetings or fancy mission statements. We just look at the orders and figure out the best way to move them. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, the phones are ringing quite a bit. We’ve been at this for some time now and we know the ins and outs of the supply chain world. It’s about being practical and solving problems as they come up. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a very grounded way of working. We enjoy being in this part of town. It feels more personal than a big cold industrial zone.
