Our place is at 10/3 in the DLF Industrial Area of Moti Nagar. It’s an older industrial part of the city, so the roads are a bit narrow and there are always trucks parked along the sides. Rectifiers & Electronics Pvt.Ltd. is what it says on the front door. We spend our days working on various electronic units and rectifiers. The building isn't brand new, and the paint is peeling a bit in some corners, but the equipment inside works just fine. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of soldering and testing going on. We have a small office area where the billing happens, but most of the action is in the back where the workbenches are. Moti Nagar is a convenient spot for us because we are close to our suppliers. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the area a bit muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep going. We aren’t big on fancy titles or corporate talk. Most of the staff has been together for a long time, so we’re more like a family than anything else. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing. People find us because they know we’ve been here at 10/3 for a long time and we know our electronics. We just keep our focus on the electronics that come across our benches.
