Our office is at B-151 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets. Every morning, we show up and the first thing is usually getting the computers started and seeing what arrived overnight. We have been here for a while now, and the walls of this building have seen a lot of people come and go. Rcpl Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us sitting around these desks, talking to drivers and making sure the papers are signed correctly. Outside, the road is always dusty and there are trucks parked everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy comes around 11, and that is when we take a small break. It is not a fancy place, just a regular workplace with some old files and a few chairs that squeak a bit. We spend most of the day on the phone or looking at tracking sheets. The fans hum overhead during the summer months, which helps. It gets hot in Okhla, but we just keep the work moving. We don't have any big posters or fancy lights. It is just a practical space where we handle the logistics stuff every day. By the time evening rolls around, we are usually just making sure everything is locked up right before heading home through the traffic. It is a simple routine that we have been doing for years. We just do the work and try to stay organized among all the stacks of shipping manifests.
