Rbm International

Rbm International is located on the first floor at C-112/1 in Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-1. It is an industrial part of town, so there are always trucks parked on the road and people moving heavy boxes around. Our office is up a flight of stairs that can feel quite long at the end of a busy day. Inside, we have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, though it might look a bit cluttered to someone else. We spend our hours talking on the phone and checking our lists to make sure everything is on track. It gets quite loud in the afternoons because of the factories nearby, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea during the day. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or big posters on the walls. It is just a practical space for us to get through our tasks. Sometimes the delivery drivers get lost trying to find the right building because all the addresses in Naraina look similar, so we spend a lot of time giving directions over the phone. We just try to keep things moving along without making a big deal out of it. It is a simple setup and we have been doing it this way for years. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest.
