You can find us at Block WP, specifically 215C, in Pitampura. We’ve been based here in New Delhi for some time now. S.K. Dubey’s place is where Raunaq International Limited operates. Pitampura is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the energy of the city. Our day-to-day is mostly just handling the business side of things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big fancy office. It’s a functional space with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We deal with various things, but the atmosphere in the office is very local. We speak plainly and get the work done without much fuss. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes everyone a bit grumpy, but we just have our tea and keep moving. There’s always someone around to answer the phone or sort out a problem. We’ve been in this block for a while, so we know the other business owners around here. It feels like a proper neighborhood. We aren't a giant corporation where you can't talk to anyone. We're just people working in an office, trying to make sure the business runs the way it should. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand until the day is over. It's a steady rhythm that we've kept up for years.
