Our company, Ratnagiri Impex Pvt Ltd, is located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We started this business with the guidance of Mr. B.C. Subudhi and have stayed in this area ever since. Gujarat is a great place for trade, and being in the capital city keeps us right in the middle of everything. We don't have one of those polished corporate offices you see in the movies. Our space is more about utility, filled with samples and shipping boxes. We deal with imports and exports, so there is always something new coming in or going out. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming with all the regulations, but we just take it one step at a time. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just show up, do our jobs, and make sure our clients get what they need. It is an honest way to make a living. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the goods. There are no scripted sales pitches here. If someone asks us a question, we give them a straight answer based on what we actually know. It is just a group of people working hard in Gandhinagar to keep the trade moving. We have had our ups and downs like any other business, but we keep going because we enjoy the work and the people we meet along the way.
