You will find Rathi Auto Sadan (India) at 1126 in the Bara Bazar area of Kashmere Gate. This part of Delhi is famous for being a hub of activity. It’s old, it’s busy, and it’s where we feel most comfortable. The building we are in has been around for a long time. Our space is filled with parts and boxes, stacked up pretty high to make use of the vertical room we have. It isn't a modern office by any means. It’s a working shop where we spend our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. The air is always filled with the sounds of the market—horns, shouting, and the clatter of carts. We have a small desk near the front where we handle the paperwork. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We’d rather focus on the actual stock and making sure we have what people are looking for. The staff here has been with us for a while, and we all just pitch in. It’s a very practical way to run a business. Kashmere Gate can be overwhelming for some, but it’s our home. We like the pace of things here. There’s no pretense about what we do. We just open up in the morning and work until the day is done.
