We have been running Mahna Jewellers Pvt Ltd from this spot at E- 393 in the Double Storey area of Ramesh Nagar for quite a long time. It’s tucked right behind the Post Office and just opposite the Tata Power Office, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they aren't from the neighborhood. The shop isn't massive, but we’ve made the most of the space with glass counters and some old-fashioned wooden cabinets. It feels very grounded and local. We don't have those huge security guards in suits standing outside; it’s more of a place where neighbors stop by to chat about things. The lighting inside is warm, and we spend a lot of our time cleaning the glass or organizing the small velvet boxes. Ramesh Nagar is a busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We can hear the traffic and the noise from the post office all day. The business is run in a very straightforward way, with a lot of focus on just being honest with the people who walk through the door. We’ve had the same counters for years, and the floor has some scuff marks from all the foot traffic, but it gives the place some character. It’s a steady, daily grind of checking weights and showing pieces to whoever comes in. We like the rhythm of this street and the people who live around here.
