Our hospital is located on Baba Kharag Singh Marg. It’s one of those places that everyone knows. We’ve been here a long time, and the buildings show their age a bit. It’s a massive operation with a lot of moving parts. On any given day, we have thousands of people walking through the gates. The staff works hard to keep things going, even when the supplies get low or the crowd is too much. We handle everything from emergencies to regular checkups. It’s a loud, busy environment. You’ll see people waiting on benches or even on the floor sometimes when it’s really crowded. We don’t have a lot of time for small talk because there’s always another patient waiting. The doctors move fast, and the nurses are always on their feet. It’s a practical place, built for service, not for looks. We have big wards where patients stay together, and it can get quite warm in the summer months when the fans are blowing hard. Despite the chaos, there is a system to it all. We keep the records as best as we can and make sure people get their medicine before they head home. It’s just honest, hard work every day. We are here for the long haul, serving whoever needs medical help in this part of the city.
