Rajinder Kumar Associates

Our place is in Silver Oaks, right in DLF Phase 1. It’s a well-known part of Gurgaon, and we’ve been at 120/64 for a long time. Rajinder Kumar started this, and we’ve been working as associates here ever since. Gurgaon has changed so much since we first moved in; all the big buildings went up around us, but Silver Oaks still has that older feel. Our office is fairly simple. We have some desks, some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them, and a small area where we sit and talk to people. It’s not one of those high-tech glass offices you see in other parts of Haryana. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a place where you can actually get work done without too many distractions. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing up documents. We deal with various bits of business that come our way. The trees outside the window are quite nice during the spring. We usually have lunch together in the small pantry area. It’s a quiet routine, but it works for us. People find us easily enough because DLF Phase 1 is a straightforward area to navigate. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s been a good run so far, and we don't see any reason to change how we do things. We just hope the traffic on the way home isn't too bad tonight.
