Rajeev agarwal architects

You can find us on the ground floor over at J-1963 in Chittaranjan Park. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just pop in when they are passing by the area. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Rajeev is usually around, either on the phone or looking at some new drawings on the table. We handle all kinds of architectural tasks, from small house bits to much bigger stuff. C.R. Park is a busy area, but our little corner stays mostly focused on the work we have in front of us. There is always a lot of tracing paper and pens scattered around the office. We do not have any big corporate rules or anything like that here. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled for the people we are working with. Some days are slower than others, but usually there is a deadline looming over someone’s head. We like the local neighborhood feel of this place. It is nice to be part of the community here. We do not try to overcomplicate things. Architecture is mostly about solving problems and making things work in the real world. That is what we spend our time doing. It can be stressful when things do not go exactly as planned on a site, but we just figure it out. It is a job like any other, but we enjoy the daily challenges.
