You can find Raj Ultrasound & Xray Clinic inside the Westend Plaza on Gurgaon Road in Kapashera. It’s a busy building with a lot of shops and offices. We’ve been here for a while now, providing X-rays and ultrasound scans for people in the area. Our rooms are a bit cramped because the machines take up a lot of space. We have the ultrasound room tucked in the back where it’s quieter. The X-ray room has thick walls for safety. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to explain what’s happening so people don't feel nervous. The waiting room has some old magazines and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a little on the tile floor. Kapashera is always moving, so we get a lot of people coming in on their way to or from work in Gurgaon. The traffic on the main road can be a nightmare in the evenings, which makes the building shake a bit when the big trucks go by. We usually have two or three of us working here at any time. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people come because their doctor told them to find a place in Kapashera. We just do the scans and give the films to the patients. It’s straightforward work. We keep the lights a bit dim in the hallways to save on the electricity bill because those machines use quite a lot of power.
