We are based in Competent House, specifically rooms 302 and 303. That’s over in F-14, Middle Circle of Connaught Place. Being in CP means we are right in the middle of everything. You can hear the traffic and the sirens from the street even from the third floor. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy desks and a lot of industrial manuals stacked on the shelves. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We handle power equipment, so there are usually some heavy samples sitting around the office. The staff is a small group. We’ve worked together for so long that we don't really need to explain much to each other anymore. We take our tea breaks at the same time every afternoon. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station, but it’s a nice way to start the day. The building itself has a lot of character, even if the pipes are a bit noisy sometimes. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. We just tell people what we have in stock and how it works. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for a decade. We like the familiarity of the Middle Circle and the rhythm of life in this part of Delhi. It’s a good spot to be for a small team like ours.
