The office is always a bit of a mess with all the cargo and paperwork everywhere, but that’s just the nature of the business. We have a few phone numbers, like 011-2952380 and some mobiles like 9213617845 or 09896215613, and they are usually ringing off the hook. It’s a loud place to work. Between the phones and the traffic from the nearby Mehrauli area, it’s never quiet. We handle a lot of different types of cargo. Some of it is heavy, some of it is small, but it all needs to go somewhere. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people working in a crowded office trying to keep track of everything. The floor is usually covered in boxes waiting to be moved. We spend a lot of time shouting over the noise to get things done. It’s honest, hard work, and it’s not always pretty. Sometimes we lose track of a pen or a stapler in the chaos, but we never lose track of the shipments. We’ve been at this a long time and we know how to handle the stress. We don't have any fancy goals, we just want to get through the day's cargo list and make sure everyone gets their stuff. It's just how we operate here in South Delhi.
