You can find our office in Kotla, which is tucked right next to South Extension. We are located at House No. 1484 in Gali No. 5. If you have ever spent any time in Kotla, you already know that the streets are narrow and always full of life. Rahul Cargo started here many years ago. We are a small team, mostly just a few of us handling the phones and managing the cargo manifests. It is a very busy neighborhood with lots of small shops and traders always moving things around. We handle cargo for all sorts of different people. Some days are fairly quiet, but on other days, we can barely keep up with all the calls coming in. We do not have a big marketing budget or some fancy website to show off. We just rely on being here every single day. The office space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks during the peak season. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the drivers who stop by to check their schedules. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We do not use any high-tech systems, just some older computers and a lot of handwritten notebooks. It works for us. Sometimes people get a little lost looking for Gali No. 5, but once you find us, we are very easy to deal with. We are just local folks.
