RADIOHMS AGENCIES LIMITED has its base at B-7/2 in the Okhla Industrial Area. We are in Phase-II, which is a very active part of Delhi. There are so many blocks and units in Okhla, but we’ve been at B-7/2 for a long time. The building is a bit older and has that solid, lived-in feel to it. It isn't a modern glass office; it’s a real working space where we manage our agency business. The traffic coming into Okhla Phase-II can be pretty bad in the mornings, so most of us try to get in early to beat the worst of it. Once we are inside, it’s just the usual routine of phones ringing and paperwork being sorted. We have our desks and storage areas all set up in a way that works for us. The atmosphere in the industrial area is always energetic because everyone is busy with their own trade. We don't have any big mission statements hanging on the walls or anything like that. We just come to work at B-7/2 and do what we need to do. Sometimes the street outside gets crowded with delivery trucks, but that’s just life in Okhla. We’ve gotten to know the other people working in this block over the years. We keep things honest and practical here.
