We've been here at Titar Pur for a while now. The shop is right on the ground floor at WZ-53. If you're coming by metro, you just look for pillar 432. It's right opposite that. Most days start pretty early. We roll up the shutters and get things sorted. Being near Tagore Garden station means there's always people walking by. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the metro overhead, but you get used to it after a week or two. Radhika Agencies is just us working through the daily list. Sometimes the tea guy comes by around ten. That’s usually the highlight of the morning. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle our business. The floor is a bit old, and the walls could probably use some fresh paint, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking stacks of papers. Sometimes customers drop in because they saw the sign while waiting for a rickshaw. It’s not a big corporate setup. It's just a few of us making sure things move along. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so the fan stays on all day. We keep the doors open mostly. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve known the neighbors for years. Everyone knows the spot by the pillar. It’s just how things are here in this part of town. No big fuss.
