Rachna Elevator & Conveyors

Our place is over in Bawana, in the DSIIDC Industrial Area at Plot M-41 and 42. It’s a big space because elevators and conveyors take up a lot of room. When you walk in, you usually hear the sound of metal or someone working on a motor. It’s not the quietest office, but that’s how it goes in Sector-1. We have been here for a good amount of time now, seeing the area change as more factories moved in. Rachna Elevator & Conveyors is mostly just us working through orders and making sure the parts are right. There is a lot of grease and heavy lifting involved in what we do. The office side is just a couple of desks near the front where we handle the calls and the billing. It gets dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we are always cleaning off the tables. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the work happens on the floor with the machines. Most of the guys here know exactly how a belt should run or why a lift is making a weird noise. We just take it one day at a time, fixing things and sending out the units. It is a lot of manual work and checking measurements twice. The commute out to Bawana can be a bit of a pain for some of the staff, but once we are here, we just get on with it.
