We have been operating out of Hno 194 on Street Nanak Chand for quite a while now. It’s right there in the Subzi Mandi area of Ghanta Ghar in Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets incredibly crowded with all the vegetable vendors and the trucks coming in early. Our place isn’t anything fancy. It is just an old building where we handle our daily business. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. Inside, there are stacks of registers and papers everywhere. I usually sit at the main desk near the window, though the view is just the wall of the next building. It gets quite noisy during the day with everyone shouting in the market, but we are used to it by now. My father started this whole thing years ago and not much has changed since then. We still use the same heavy wooden tables. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that drives me a bit crazy, but it keeps the air moving. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a local business doing our thing in 110007. Most of our neighbors are shopkeepers too, and we often share tea in the afternoons. It is a simple life here. We don't have a website or social media. If someone needs us, they just walk down the lane and find the house number. It’s practical and it works for us.
