R Arora & Associates

Our place is at 5201 Shraddhanand Marg, which most people still call G B Road. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow lanes that get clogged with carts. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it works for us. R Arora & Associates is basically just a small group of us trying to make sense of the local property market. It’s a busy area, lots of shops and people moving around all day long. We deal with all sorts of things, mostly older buildings and commercial spaces that need a lot of work. The phone rings a lot, and there is always some new regulation to read up on. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office with files piled up on the desks and a few old chairs for visitors. We know the landlords and the tenants around here pretty well. Sometimes we just sit and talk about how much the street has changed over the decades. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the middle of the bustle on Shraddhanand Marg. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated for folks who are just looking for a space.
