Our office is at F-397 in Mahipal Pur, which is right by the airport in New Delhi. Because of the location, there is always the sound of planes overhead and trucks rumbling by on the main road. It is a hectic place to work, but it makes sense for a transport company. We have been in this building for several years now. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with moving goods across the country and sometimes further. It involves a lot of paperwork and talking to customs people. We aren't a corporate giant with fancy offices. We are just a group of people who know the logistics business. Most of us live nearby and have been working in Delhi-37 for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep track of all the shipments coming in and out. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones keep ringing off the hook, but we just keep at it. We don't use any big slogans. We just tell people when their stuff will arrive and try to stick to that. It is hard work and the days are long, especially when there are delays at the warehouse. We just focus on the task in front of us. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work.
