Our office is tucked away at E11/82 in Hauz Rani. It’s right in the Malviya Nagar area of New Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Hauz Rani, you know the streets are narrow and it’s always crowded. Finding a parking spot near our place is basically impossible. We’ve got a small space where we manage our logistics operations. It’s mostly just us, a few desks, and a lot of folders. The building is older, so it has some character, and maybe a few leaks when it rains really hard. We spend our days on the phone coordinating deliveries across the city. It’s a lot of shouting sometimes because the street noise is so loud. We don't have any polished signs or a fancy waiting room. Most people who come here are delivery guys or people we’ve known for a long time. We drink a lot of tea from the shop around the corner to keep our energy up. It’s a busy, cramped way to work, but we like being in this part of Delhi. There’s always energy around here. We just try to keep things moving and make sure no one’s package gets stuck in the chaos. It’s not always perfect, but we do the work every day without much fuss. We've been in this neighborhood for a long time and we know how to navigate the local rush.
