We have our shop on the ground floor of B-11 in Shankar Garden, which is part of the Vikas Puri area. We’ve been working with water technology for a while now. It’s mostly about water purifiers and treatment systems for homes and small businesses around here. The office is usually filled with filters, membrane housings, and different types of piping. It’s not the most organized looking place because we always have units coming in for repair or new ones being prepped for installation. We don’t use any fancy sales pitches. When people come in, we just talk about their water quality and what kind of filter might fix the taste or the hardness. It’s a very local business. We know the water issues in this part of Delhi quite well. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook with service calls, especially when the weather changes. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but we’re just a small team. There’s no big corporate structure here; it’s just us doing the technical work and handling the deliveries. You might see our van driving around the neighborhood quite often. We’ve stayed in Vikas Puri because it’s where our roots are. It’s honest work, helping people get cleaner water, and we just take it one day at a time without making a big deal out of it. We just focus on the job at hand.
