Moti Mahal Deluxe Restaurant

We have been at No. 37 in the West Punjabi Bagh Central Market for quite a while now. Most people around here know the spot. It is right in the middle of everything in Punjabi Bagh, so it gets pretty busy, especially on the weekends when families come out. We just show up every morning, get the kitchen ready, and start the day. There is always a lot of noise from the market outside, but that is just how it is here. The staff has been around for years, so we all know each other well. We do not really do anything fancy with the decor, just keep it clean and make sure the tables are set. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have a regular crowd that stops by for lunch or dinner. It is a lot of work running a place like this in such a busy area. We have to deal with the deliveries coming in and out of the narrow lanes. Sometimes the traffic in Central Market is a real headache for the guys bringing in the supplies. But we manage to get things done somehow. We are not trying to change the world or anything, just serving food to the people who walk through the door. It is just a normal restaurant life in a very crowded part of Delhi. We spend most of our time in the back making sure everything is prepped right.
